We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. Donations are normally nonrefundable but if you have made an error in making your donation, please contact us at makaroffyouthballet@gmail.com.

Purchased Event Tickets

 

Refunds will be made in full in case of a cancelled performance. No other refunds will be made.

Purchased Goods

 

We will accept a returned product and issue a full refund or exchange if there is a manufacturing defect in your purchased product.

You have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email your request to: makaroffyouthballet@gmail.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a receipt notification via email.

If your returned item is eligible, the refund (excluding the return shipping cost) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
